Allow batch operations on appraisals and surveys (April 2016)

You can now run some batch operations on appraisals and surveys. This will save you a lot of time. Here's a list of batch operations we're allowing now:

• You can launch appraisals for a whole department or the whole company with a few clicks
  
• You can update the deadlines of all your appraisals in one operation
  
• You can also update 360° surveys deadline in batch
