Introducing the new Launch Date field for scheduled assessment launches

We’re excited to announce a new feature designed to give you more control and flexibility over your surveys and assessments. Previously, when you created a survey and other assessments, they were launched immediately. With our new Launch Date field, you can now schedule them to be launched at a specific date and time, providing a much-needed feature for those who want to prepare ahead of time.

This update allows you to set up surveys or assessments in advance, and they will automatically be launched on the designated date. For administrators, this update is a game-changer. Scheduling assessments means you can take the time you need to verify all aspects of the survey are properly configured before the invites are sent out. Whether you’re coordinating a large-scale initiative or simply ensuring everything runs smoothly, this feature lets you double-check your work without the pressure of immediate launch.

Immediate launch

You can continue using Primalogik to launch assessments immediately. In order to do that you can keep the default setting in the Assessment launch option. Assessments will be open immediately.

Launching at a later date

Selecting "At a later date" allows you to save assessments without releasing any tasks and without sending any notifications. Tasks will be released on the morning of the selected date.

This is just the first step in a series of planned enhancements aimed at increasing automation and improving your experience. The ability to schedule launches is a fundamental building block that will pave the way for even more advanced features in the future.
