Modified on Thu, Apr 25 at 10:43 AM

Access more and better insights into your team’s performance with our new results comparison report. This report allows you to see assessment results for any group within your organization and compare them with other groups.

At the top of the report page you'll find a set of filters that allow you to:

  1. Choose the types of assessments you want to explore and the name of the questionnaire you want to use.
  2. Define the group you want to use as the benchmark results, and
  3. Define one or more groups you want to compare against the benchmark.

There are several options that allow you to define the grouping of results. You can choose Review Cycle, Team, Job Type, Job Level and Gender.

Using those filters you can analyze your data from many different angles. The possibilities are endless. Here are some examples of what you can do:

Explore team performance over time

You can display team performance across different review cycles to identify areas of growth through time.

Compare Team vs. Team

You can also compare results of two groups of employees to identify strengths of one group versus another group. you may want to see, for example, how your engineering group in the west coast compares with the team in Europe.

Detect the presence of assessment bias

You can also use this tool to identify potential assessment bias, for example comparing gender groups. Are results for male employees comparable to the results for the whole team? Or are they skewed in some areas?

Combine results of multiple cycles or projects

Do you want to get an average that combines results from different review cycles? No problem, this is also possible. Useful when you want to get a better view of results for several project cycles.

Results are displayed in a spider graph to allow you to see differences at a glance. Larger gaps are also identified and color coded.
