Launching 360° feedback surveys for multiple employees at once

To launch 360 feedback surveys for multiple employees at once, first, go to the 360° Surveys page. Be sure that you are on the correct review cycle (or create a new one if need be). 

Click on the Batch Operations button at the top right of the page and select Launch 360° surveys...

Select the employees you would like to launch 360 surveys for. If you would like to launch 360 surveys for your entire organization, select the check box in the header of the list to select everyone on every page. Then click Next at the bottom of the page.

When launching a new 360, there are only a few steps:

• Choose a deadline (this applies to all participants in the review)
• Choose the relevant questionnaire for your reviewees
• Select your anonymity settings
• Add participants to the review 
• Send email notifications immediately or later

Options for adding participants to the 360:

• Allow the reviewee to suggest participants

• Allow anyone in the organization to respond (open feedback)
