We’re happy to announce that we’ve improved the overall email template experience!
Primalogik takes care of sending invitations to survey participants. Those invitations are sent via email and you can customize those emails directly within the Primalogik app. Before you could only have one template for all your 360s and opinion surveys. Now, you can create multiple templates. This is very useful when you run different programs or types of surveys during the year and you want to make sure your communication adapts to each one of them.
ACTION REQUIRED: Review your 360 survey invite template. As part of this change, we've simplified the system by keeping only one type of invite. Before you were able to customize two different types of emails for 360 invites; one for single invitations and one for grouped emails. This was often a source of confusion so we made things simpler by keeping only one of them (the second one). Make sure you visit the customization page to ensure the content of this email remains relevant.
For example, you may be running 360s for three different purposes:
- Feedback after probation period
- Leadership assessment program
- Project specific feedback
For each one of those, you may want be sure you communicate what's expected from each respondent or participant. You can include that information directly in the email and now you can define different email templates to make sure the communication remains relevant and appropriate.
All the email templates can be customized in the Email Contents section of your Account Settings.

In a similar way, you can create multiple templates for opinion surveys.
Once your templates are defined they will be ready to be used when you launch your next survey. You will be able to choose from the list of available templates when launching assessments.
