How to check 360 completion progress

Modified on Tue, Feb 18, 2020 at 12:45 PM

There are a few different ways to check for progress on 360 surveys.

1. The Status Snapshot (located on the Dashboard page). This is a cycle-by-cycle view of progress. In the example below, 55.2% of 360s in the "Year-End 2019" review cycle are completed.

2. The Activity Overview (also located on the Dashboard page). This is a global view and shows you the completion rate of all active 360 surveys in the system. You can also see the last 3 weeks of activity on this panel.

3. For more detailed information, you can check out the 360° Survey Progress (By Participant) report. This will show you who still needs to complete surveys, when they were last notified, etc. You can also press "Show details (display reviewee names instead of survey count)" to get specific details.

Note that in the example below, Amélie's review on Daniel is still pending.

4. You can also sort the columns on the 360 Surveys page itself. In the example below, we are sorting by the Progress column to see which are most completed. You can also sort by any of the criteria listed under the Columns button.
