  • Many improvements to the display on mobile devices for pages accessible by employees.
  • 360 Surveys: Added an option to automatically add the secondary managers as participants when launching in batch mode.
  • Check-ins: Implemented batch operations to launch and update check-in schedules, as well as to download check-in results as PDFs.

  • Fixed issue that was sometimes causing an error when tyring to upload a profile picture for a user.
  • Appraisals page: Fixed issue causing status to show as Overdue even though all steps are completed.

  • Default questionnaires for job types: It is now possible to link a default questionnaire to each job type. These default questionnaires can be used to launch assessments in batch and automatically select the questionnaire for each employee based on their job type.
  • 360° Survey Progress (By Participant) report: Fixed bug that could cause the deadline to be off by one day because of a timezone issue.
  • Other minor bug fixes and improvements.

  • Performance Appraisal Report: Don't show the Self field for manger-only workflows.
  • Fixed issue with some date fields (hire date, exit date and birthdate) that could cause the dates to shift by one day when changing the reference time zone.
  • Teams filter widget: Empty teams are no longer displayed.
  • Email reminders: Fixed issue causing reminder to be sent within a few minutes of initial invitation for appraisals created with a short deadline (< 5 days).
  • External participants: Fixed issue that could prevent them from responding to a survey.
  • Subscription update page: Added warning message during transition to new prices.
