December 19, 2020 - v5.5.4

  • Results page: Fixed issue with average calculation in Summary when some sections have N/A responses only.

  • Goals page: Display a message when selected review cycle does not allow goal creation. Always enable Add button in List view.

  • Filters: New UI and additional filters were added to multiple reports.

  • BambooHR integration: Fixed an issue causing a full sync to be done instead of a delta sync.



October 17, 2020 - v5.5.0

  • Filters: UI was improved and new filters were added in many pages.
  • 360° Surveys: The "Manager" respondent group was renamed to "Managers" (plural) and its meaning was extended to also include secondary managers.
  • Workflow approvals: An email notification is now sent to higher level managers when their approval is required.
  • Workflow signatures: The term "second level manager" was changed to "higher level manager" to avoid confusion with "secondary managers".
  • 360° Surveys: It is no longer allowed to approve survey results before the survey deadline is passed.
  • Email notifications: Application emails are now sent from the address [email protected] instead of [email protected].
  • BambooHR integration: Fixed an issue causing profile pictures to not be displayed when an error occurred during the synchronization process.
  • Detailed Opinion Surveys report: The values for Team, Location and Job type are now available in anonymous surveys.
  • Manage Users page: Fixed an issue causing the Manager field to sometimes not be displayed correctly.
  • Other minor bug fixes and improvements.

  • Opinion surveys: Participants can now be assigned groups based on their location, job type and team; survey results can show the distribution of responses for each of these groups.
  • Performance appraisals: When changing the manager of an ongoing appraisal, there is now an option to transfer the draft responses of the previous manager to the new manager.
  • 360° surveys: It is no longer possible to share survey results with the reviewee before the deadline has passed.
  • 360° surveys: Fixed issue causing an error when trying to add an external participant who was already part of the survey.
  • 360 Survey Progress (by Participant) report: Added the Job Title column.
  • User management: When creating a user without a real email address, it is now mandatory to provide a temporary password.

  • 360° Surveys: Added "blindspot alerts" to highlight important gaps between self-ratings and the rest of the raters.
  • Questionnaire editor: Added an option to include a textbox with each rating question, allowing respondents to explain their choice.
  • Questionnaire editor: Made several improvements to usability and layout.
  • Results page: When goals have been evaluated, all the goals details are now displayed instead of just the summary.

  • Goals Team Overview page: Fixed a bug that was sometimes causing an error when clicking the "Show more" button.
