Your account may be locked for two different reasons:
- Account is automatically locked after a number of unsuccessful login attempts
- Account is locked by a Primalogik 360 Administrator
In both situations you need to reach out to the Primalogik 360 Administrator to have the account unlocked.
Primalogik Software Solutions staff is not able to unlock accounts without explicit request from one of the active Primalogik 360 Administrators.

For Primalogik 360 Administrators, unlocking an account is as easy as going to the particular account, and moving the Status from Locked to Active.
