What are the calculations for highlighting blind Spots and hidden strengths in a 360 report?

In a 360 survey report, we often highlight "blind spots" & "hidden strengths" on the basis of the gaps between the "Self" rating provided by the reviewee and the "All without Self" rating provided by everyone except the self reviewee.

These gaps are highlighted as "blind spots" or "hidden strength" when the gap between the "Self" rating and the "All without Self" rating is higher or lower than 1/3 of the total rating scale used in the question. For example, if you are using a rating scale of 1 - 6 then any gap higher than 2(1/3rd of the rating scale) will be highlighted in this case.
