When you're invited to suggest who you think are good candidates to provide feedback about you, you will receive an email invitation that looks like this:
You can click on the link to start making suggestions (nominations). Alternatively you can access this task directly from your Tasks list). The process of nominating participants for your surveys is very simple. You will see a screen where you can add people by name or use the Quick Add button for some shortcuts.
Once you're happy with the list of people you want to suggest/nominate, you can press the Save button to complete the task. The person responsible for reviewing and approving participant suggestions will be notified by email. The notification looks like this:
Note: In some organizations all suggestions are approved automatically without further review. In this case the email notification described above does not apply.
