To use this new feature when launching an opinion survey, choose Pick from list from the Quick Add drop-down as shown below.
You can then filter the list with the 5 different options as shown below.
Once you have selected your participants from the list, click Add Selected Participants from the bottom of the window to add them.
You will then have the opportunity to update your respondent groups as shown below for a better analysis of your results.
