Show opinion survey results broken down by demographic

Modified on Mon, Nov 25 at 2:05 PM

In Primalogik, you can now run opinion surveys and break down the results of any rating questions by:

  • Team
  • Job Type
  • Location

By default, these demographics are pulled from the info of each person's profile on the Users page. For more information, check out our Syncing and updating respondent groups article.

Once the results of your report are in, you can check the results by demographic by clicking on the Display Options button and choosing one of the available options.

Once you have selected which demographic you're interested in looking at, the system will break down all scores accordingly. In the example below, we are using Job Type.

What if a particular demographic has only 1 person? Won't it be easy to identify that person?

By default, opinion surveys are 100% anonymous. When surveys are anonymous, the system will not show groups of less than 3 people. Responses from participants in groups with less than 3 will be rolled up into an 'Others' category so as to not give away their identity.

If you have chosen to allow respondents to be identified, you have an option to show or hide groups with less than 3 on your report. Click on Display Options > Hide Groups With 3 or Less.
