The Score History report is a visual representation of an employee's progress over time.
For this to work, you must use the same exact questionnaire 2 or more times with the same module. The system will automatically generate this report at that point.
Each employee can access their own from the Dashboard page in the My Evaluations panel.
Notice in the example above that the employee has been reviewed 4 times, each with the same questionnaire.
What you are seeing in the example above are the total averages per section (as well as overall total) from all respondents from each survey, per review cycle.
Most employees will have periods where their scores fluctuate but as long as you see an overall upward trend, that's a good sign.
So how do managers/HR view the Score History Report for each employee?
Managers/HR can visit either the Appraisals or 360 Surveys page and click the employee's name.
