Primalogik supports different question types in its questionnaires. In this article, we'll go over all types of questions supported.

Rating Questions
Rating questions are very popular since they allow to gather different degrees along a given scale.
Primalogik provides the Likert rating scale as default and others can be created by following the instructions here.
Free Text Questions
Multiple choice question - one single answer

You can also use this type of question to ask for an acknowledgment, like the following:
If your organization makes use of our goals module, you can have your employees' individual goals rated in a performance appraisal or 360 feedback survey. You will see an option for "Advanced Questions" when adding a new survey in a questionnaire. You'll also see options for "Competencies", "Responsibilities", and "Development". Rating Matrix
The grid or matrix can be added in the same way you add other elements. Using the "plus" button you will find the menu that allows to add questions and other elements. Use the "Rating matrix" option to add it to your questionnaire:
