December 19, 2013 - v1.5.9

  • When responding to a survey, users that did not complete all text fields got an unnecessary and inaccurate confirmation message stating that some changes were not saved. The changes were indeed saved, the message was not accurate. This is now fixed.


December 9 - v1.5.8

  • Added new anonymity type for surveys: "Only users with the HR privilege can identify respondents".

  • New! Users do not need to confirm their accounts in a separate step (before they are invited to provide feedback). When users are invited to provide feedback they will be requested to create a password the first time they login.

  • Warn users (only when logged in) when using an older/unsupported browser.
  • Show results only when there are more more than one person responded (to ensure anonymity of respondents).

August 23 - v1.4.4

  • Redesigned look-and-feel for the survey results page as well as the questionnaire page.
  • Show progress of survey responses in the results page. 


August 19 - v1.4.3

  • New! Introducing confidential surveys. There are now two types of surveys:
  • Confidential surveys: this type of surveys will allow the managers (and only the managers) of the person being reviewed to identify the individual respondents in the results page.
  • 100% anonymous surveys: this is the default type of survey and ensures that respondents remain 100% anonymous.
  • Several small UI improvements to make access to results easier and more obvious.


August 10 - v1.4.2

  • New! Data can be filtered by department in the Request 360° Feedback page and in the Dashboard Status Snapshot view.
  • New! Department managers can manage feedback requests and view results for all employees in their hierarchy, including subdepartments.
  • New! View which raters have surveys to complete using the "View pending raters" link under the Feedback Progress pie chart (dashboard).
  • Allow department managers to see the Status Snapshot section on the Dashboard.
  • Allow users with the Manage Users privilege to manage departments.
  • Exclude deleted users from the Request 360° Feedback page and the Feedback Progress pie chart.

August 7 - v1.4.1

  • Improve error message when trying to save a user having the same email address as a deleted user.
  • Improve error message when the survey requested in the URL is not found or when it belongs to a different organization.
  • Fix issue causing an error when trying to save a department with a manager who is not member of any department.


August 2 - v1.4.0

  • New! Organize users in Departments
  • Departments can be organized in hierarchies.
  • A person can manage one or more departments.
  • Track which departmens a given employee was a member of over time.
  • New! Configure a reference timezone
  • Survey deadlines are relative to the configured reference timezone.
  • Respondents will have until midnight (on the configured timezone) of the date selected.
  • Improvements to survey results
  • Comments from different respondents are separated by a dotted line
  • Usability improvements via better labels and on-page help
  • Improvements to email invites:
  • Email text contains the name of the person (and email address) that sent the invite.
  • Replies to email invites do not go to admin@primalogik.com any more. They go directly to the person that sent the invite via the application.
  • Other usability improvements:
  • Add help and hints in the "Request feedback" pages to guide users through the creation of their first surveys.
  • Add link to new Getting Started guide in the Dashboard.

  • Add pagination buttons on top of tables for better navigation.
  • Request a reason when a user declines to provide feedback (an email is sent to the owner of the review request).
