To initiate a new performance appraisal, go to the Appraisals page. Once you find the person you want to evaluate (the reviewee), click on Launch next to their name.


  • Deadline for self-evaluation
  • Deadline for manager evaluation
  • Questionnaire

Once you're done, click on "Save". The system will automatically send an email invitation to the reviewee (the manager will not be notified until the employee presses Submit on their self-review).
