How to use copy from library

Modified on Tue, 28 Mar 2023 at 11:00 AM

Copy from library allows you to quickly add questions to or create a new questionnaire based on questions from another questionnaire you have built or any of the sample questions included in Primalogik's library.

From the Manage Questionnaires page click on + Add Questionnaire to start a new questionnaire or Edit next to the questionnaire you would like to add your questions to.

Keep in mind any changes to a questionnaire will only be available to any newly launched appraisals, check-ins or surveys. It is not recommended to delete questions from a questionnaire that has already been launched as collected data from previous appraisals/surveys will be permanently lost (This article explains what can and should not be changed when modifying previously launched questionnaires).

Then click on Copy from Library at the top right of the window.

Then select the questionnaire on the left of the Copy Questions window that you would like to copy to your questionnaire and click Copy Questions.

The questions from the chosen questionnaire will be added to the bottom of the questionnaire you are working on. You are then able to click and drag to move sections or individual questions around on your questionnaire into your desired order, modify any of the questions and delete any questions you do not wish to include.

When you have completed your questionnaire click Save at the bottom of your page. The questionnaire will then be available to launch for your selected appraisal, 360 survey, check-in or opinion survey.
