If, for any reason, you must delete a performance appraisal, go to the Performance Appraisals page and press Edit next to the given reviewee.
Once you have clicked Edit, scroll to the bottom and find the Delete button.
*Note: All responses will be permanently deleted and there is no way to undo the operation.
