Organizing and tracking goals is an integral part of every successful organization. Primalogik makes it easy to do just that. Goals can be set and updated by the employee themselves, their manager (or manager's manager and so on) or any HR user. Managers can view their subordinates' goal progress on an individual level or get a high-level overview of their team as whole.
