Once your 360s are complete, you may want to have certain parties sign off on them. There is a simple 2-step process to add signatures to your assessments.
Click here to see our article on adding signatures to appraisals. The process is very similar.
Step 1: Go to Manage Account > Assessment Workflows. Click the "Add" button in the top-right of the page to create a new one.
Simply select the workflow for your appraisals then select "Require signatures" from one or more of the following parties:
- 2nd level manager or HR
Primalogik has included standard messages for the corresponding parties to sign off on but you are free to customize these using the "customize message" link(s).
Be sure to press Save when everything is finalized!
Step 2: Implement your new workflow by going to Manage Account > Review Cycles.
Check off "Allow 360 feedback surveys in this cycle" and select the workflow that you created in Step 1. Be sure to press Save when you are finished.
When accessing the review, any party which is authorized to sign off on the report will see a Sign button at the top of the screen.
