If you ever lose your password, Primalogik 360 provides a very simple mechanism to reset it.


Follow the animation below to trigger the password reset procedure. Once you're done you'll receive an email with further instructions.




Note for deleted accounts


While you're trying to request a new password it's possible that you get a message that looks like this:


If you're certain your email is the correct one, please contact your Primalogik 360 administrator since your account could be either locked or deleted and needs to be unlocked/undeleted before you can proceed.
