Resetting your password is very easy. You can accomplish that in a few easy steps. First go to the application login page by using the Login option on the Primalogik website.


Once on the login page, use the "Forgot your password?" link and follow the instructions.




Note for deleted accounts


While you're trying to request a new password it's possible that you get a message that looks like this:


If you're certain your email is the correct one, please contact your Primalogik administrator since your account could be deactivated and needs to be reactivated before you can proceed.
