In the system, it is possible to clone (copy) a goal. This is something you'll want to do if you will continue to work on a goal after it has been assessed in an appraisal or 360, as Primalogik locks goals after being evaluated.
To clone one of your goals, press the icon next to the title.
The goal will pop up and you'll be able to move this goal to a new cycle (which an Admin user will have created beforehand). If needed, see our article on how to create a new review cycle.
Once the goal is cloned into a new cycle, you'll be free to continue making updates and changes to it.
