How do I get extra support?

If you have any questions while using Primalogik, there are four ways you can get information and support.

In order of preference:

  1. Check out our extensive knowledge base. Our Knowledge Base has articles (just like the one you're reading right now) that can answer 99% of your questions. Simply entering a few keywords will give you the most relevant articles. There are articles there with information and videos about administration, 360 surveys, anonymity settings, appraisals, goals, employee journals, and all other features. Give it a try!
  2. Live chat - a great way to get instantaneous help. Live chat is usually available during business hours in North American Eastern Timezone. If we can't answer your live chat request, a ticket will be created automatically and we'll get back to you via email.
  3. Send an email to with your request. These emails are usually answered within 2 business days.
