  • Add an option for appraisal questionnaires allowing to specify who can see each section (employee or manager). This makes it possible to define sections that are specific to the self-review, others that are specific to the manager, and some that are common to both.
  • Add a back-end configuration to hide the self-review results to the manager until after he completes the appraisal.
