December 21, 2018 - v4.2.3

December 18, 2018 - v4.2.2

Comparison mode is now available for opinion surveys.
New "Assessment Bias" report: Aggregates ratings from multiple evaluations and provides a comparative view so you can identify possible rater bias or issues like misinterpretations of rating scales.
Results comparison settings: Removed the option to compare with results that are not accessible.
Batch operations: Removed the limit preventing the batch download of PDF reports more than once every 7 days for a given review cycle.
Batch operations: Set the respondent group automatically for participants added as "additional individuals" when batch launching 360° surveys.
The "Goals" report was renamed to "Goals & Job Profile" and can now be used to view competencies, responsibilities and development plans, in addition to goals. It also includes a new "Show details" option that can be used to display individual entries instead of counts.
Reports: Added columns "Employee Notes" and "Manager Notes" to the Appraisal Progress report and the 360° Survey Progress (By Reviewee) report.
Results notes for appraisals: Fixed issue causing custom manager to not be able to enter or edit results notes.
BambooHR integration: Fixed synchronization issue causing inactive users in BambooHR to sometimes be imported in Primalogik. Also made a modification to force a full synchronization when automatic synchronization is re-enabled.
Added new configuration options under Manager Account:
- 360° Surveys: Option to allow (or disallow) managers to view results of 360° surveys for their subordinates.
- Instant Feedback: Option to show/hide the public visibility option when submitting instant feedback.
- Appraisals and Surveys: Option to allow (or disallow) managers to launch or edit assessments.
Fixed an issue that could cause some team members to not show up in the Teams page once they no longer had subordinates.

Custom reminders: It is now possible to define custom reminders for assessments you want to perform on a specific schedule. For example, you may want to send reminders to launch probation assessments 90 days after the hire date for each new hire.
Batch launch: It has been improved to allow batch launching of assessment based on the employee's hire date. This is especially useful when used in combination with the new custom reminders feature.
Results page: A new "spider graph" (sometimes called "radar chart") is now displayed in the assessment results page to give a visual overview of the rating results for each section.
Manage Users page: Added the Employee ID column in the user table.
Edit User page: Added a filter/search box for the Manager field.
Edit User page: Improved the way the "Send an email invite" feature works so that users who already logged in are no longer asked to confirm their account or choose a password.
Participant suggestions for 360° surveys: There is a new option to automatically approve participant suggestions made by the reviewee.
Improved the warning message displayed when trying to access a survey that has been deleted.
Anonymity: Added a new back-end setting to increase the anonymity of 360° surveys for organizations that need it. When enabled, it prevents administrators from seeing who responded to each survey.
Results comparison: Fixed a bug where in some cases it was possible to compare with results from a different review cycle before they were shared with the reviewee.
Assessment modifications: Improved the message explaining what notifications will be sent when saving changes; also made it optional to send notifications to deleted participants.
Goals & Job Profile: Improved the Activity dialog to display original values and handle the case where entries are copied for the job type library.
Batch operations: Added a column to indicate whether or not a user has subordinates.
Batch operations: Made the batch launch & update available to users having the HR assistant privilege.
Manage Account: Moved the Review Cycle settings section to its own page.

Job types and goals: It is now possible to define goals, competencies, responsibilities and development plans at the job type level. Elements defined for a job type are not automatically assigned to employees but are made available as a library from which they can be copied to each employee's profile.
Participant suggestions for 360° surveys: It is now possible to view the suggestions that were made once the task is closed by going back to the To Do page.
BambooHR integration: When automatic synchronization is enabled but there are not enough user licenses available in Primalogik to import all BambooHR users, existing users are now getting updated.
Survey results: Added a backend setting that when enabled will display the respondent group label next to each free text response in the Results page.
Add/Edit Survey page: Improved the message asking whether or not to send notifications when extending the deadline of a survey.
Questionnaire editor: Fixed an issue causing an error when trying to preview a questionnaire containing a goal rating question.
Dashboard: The Status Snapshot section now includes non-employees as well as employees.
User management: Fixed an issue causing an error when a user with the Manage Users privilege but without the Employee privilege tried to create a new user.

Managers can now be assigned to users directly from the Add/Edit User page (previously they needed to first be assigned to a department in the Manage Departments page). What was previously known as a "Department" in Primalogik is now called a "Team". See this article for more details.
Added new "Employee Goals" report showing the number of goals defined for each employee, per review cycle.
The "360° Survey Pending Participants" report has been renamed to "360° Survey Progress (By Participant)" and now includes additional information about completed and declined survey requests.
Added a "Location" column in most reports.
360° feedback surveys: Free text responses from managers are now anonymous when the anonymity setting does not allow a user to identify respondents.
Instant Feedback: Allow HR Administrators to view instant feedback entries for which the visibility setting includes "HR Administrators", even when the subject users include other HR Administrators.

Added "Job Type" field in the Add/Edit User page. Also added a configuration section under "Manage Account - User Fields" allowing administrators to define the available Job Types.
Added an option making it possible to create users without an email address (a generated identifier will be used in place of the email address). An administrator can set or reset the password directly for those users.
When a manager completes a performance appraisal, responses to sections specific to the self-review are now displayed inline.
Fixed an issue that was sometimes causing an error when saving reviewed participant suggestions.
Made some account settings available to HR administrators (including Appraisals and Surveys settings and Email Content settings).
