I want to highlight a few items that I think you'd benefit from knowing now that you have an active subscription.
There are a few configuration items that you might want to look at more closely now that you have an active subscription.
We suggest you watch the following instructional videos which will give you a good sense of how to use and interface with the application.

- Receiving and tracking progress on results from surveys (5:00) - Progress reports, deadlines and sharing results
We also suggest that you go over this document which explains the different roles that the Departments configuration manages within Primalogik 360.
For support, you have three options:
- Email - send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We monitor our inbox on a regular basis. A ticket will be created for you. You can continue to interface with us via regular email, or use the customer portal.
- Live chat - use the live chat functionality available in the application by clicking on the button at the bottom right of the screen. If we're available at the moment you'll see something like this:
If we are not available it'll show as below, where you can leave a message and it will automatically create a ticket for you.
