Primalogik 360 offers the functionality where the person being reviewed in a 360 survey can suggest the list of participants in his/her own review. This feature allows a more open review process since the person being reviewed provides their own input. In the end, though, the final decision to include or not include those participants is up to the manager.
The following video shows the whole workflow from the point where the manager launches the 360 survey, to covering the person being reviewed, and then finally to the manager validating and approving/rejecting the participants suggested.
*Important note: the system will allow only the person who launched the survey to approve/reject suggested participants. If an HR or Admin user launches the survey, he or she will see this task in their To Do list rather than the manager.
