An employee's performance appraisal is completed in three steps: employee self evaluation, manager evaluation and results sharing.
To initiate a new performance appraisal session, go to the Performance Appraisals page (accessible from the Assessments top menu). Once you find the person you want to evaluate (the target of the appraisal), you must click on the the "New Appraisal" button and follow the instructions:
- Review cycle,
- Deadline for the self evaluation (the manager will have 14 days (customizable) after this deadline to complete steps two and three), and
Once you're done, click on "Save". The system will automatically send an email invitation to the person being evaluated.
