If your organization makes use of our goals module, you can now have your employees' individual goals rated in a performance appraisal or 360-feedback survey. You will now see an option for "Advanced Questions" when adding a new survey in a questionnaire. You'll also see options for "Competencies", "Responsibilities", and "Development".

The system will display the following as an example of what the rating will look like on the form:

When filling out the survey, the person rating will see the target employee's goals automatically populated in the form, such as below. The form will show the status the goal is in as well as the due date (if there is one) and the percentage achieved if it is a quantifiable goal.

Important Note: The system will automatically pull the goals of the individual employee from the review cycle the survey is being launched on. While it is not required to attach a goal to a review cycle, it is the only way in which to have them reviewed in a performance appraisal or 360-feedback survey.
